Michael Gervais - Principal
Michael's background in the financial field combined with his passion for design and renovation of homes, makes him a unique and valuable partner.
Michael designed, developed, and staged his first property in the 1990's. Since then he has been designing, renovating, modernizing, and staging apartments, townhouses, condo's, multi-families, single family homes, and even commercial spaces in many markets.
Michael has wide expertise in renovation and staging historical properties. His team, focus primary in the Boston areas of
Arlington, Belmont, Winchester, Lexington, Lincoln, Concord, Somerville, and Cambridge. He can be persuaded ... weather permitting ... to pursue projects on the Cape and Islands...or even in Florida!
His collaborative approach to projects includes listening, observing, and making sure your needs are met. Together, they will design the best plan of action for your project. His attentive and professional approach makes your project enjoyable. His knowledge of real estate codes and market, along with finances, can carry your project forward.
Marie-Alix Dubois - Staging
Marie-Alix has a law degree and work history in the Paris labor law industry. She and her husband Fabien, have renovated and decorated many homes in Paris, Zurich, Cambridge, and Belmont for their family.
Her passion lies in utilizing architectural space with an eye toward functionality and stylish design. After relocating from Switzerland to the Boston area, she renovated her first American home with the help of Michael .... the team began!

Tilly - Mascot
Poodles are smart .... and Tilly tries to help out with many of our projects. Keep an eye out for her .... she'll be sure to please the dog lovers around. She is especially keen on making sure your pets needs are being cared for. She won't let food bowls get kicked around, ensures easy access to pet toys, and will insist on a great place to store your pets treats and food! She also is keen on yard landscaping. She wants your yard to accommodate your company and meet your pets needs...even if it's a cat.
